1. No Refund for Digital Downloads
Since GSTInvoicePDF.com provides an instant digital service (PDF generation and download), we generally do not offer refunds once a payment is made and a PDF has been generated. This applies to single invoice credits and yearly plans. We encourage users to use the free preview feature extensively before committing to a purchase.
2. Technical Issues
If you encounter a technical failure where a payment was successful but you were unable to download your PDF due to a server-side error, please contact us within 24 hours. We will either fix the issue, provide the PDF manually, or issue a full refund if a technical solution is not possible.
3. Subscription Cancellation
For Yearly Unlimited plans, you may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account dashboard. Your "Pro" features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation of an active yearly plan.
